FoodTrack combines AI meal analysis, TCM-inspired wellness insights, and connected health data to help you make better daily health decisions.
HKSTP IncubationMost people already know they should eat better, sleep better, move more, and manage stress. The hard part is knowing what actually matters for their own body today. FoodTrack helps connect the dots between meals, body signals, wearable data, and daily habits — so users do not just track health, they understand it.

Our approach
FoodTrack connects four data sources — meals, TCM-inspired body signals, wearable data, and daily context — into one wellness picture, rather than treating each as a separate app.
AI meal recognition
Food photos are processed through image preprocessing, food classification, portion estimation, and nutrient lookup to estimate calories, macros, and other nutrients. Mixed dishes, sauces, and portion accuracy remain the hardest cases, and estimates are directional, not lab-grade measurements.
TCM-inspired wellness interpretation
Tongue and face observations are interpreted through a TCM-inspired framework to reflect patterns such as Qi and blood balance, or damp-heat retention. This is wellness interpretation, not a medical diagnosis.
Wearable and lifestyle data
Sleep, heart rate, activity, and recovery signals from connected devices (including the FoodTrack Smart Ring) are combined with food and TCM signals to give context-aware guidance.
Privacy and data protection
FoodTrack handles food photos, tongue/face images, and health data under Hong Kong data protection requirements. Health data is never sold, and users can delete their data at any time.
Responsible wellness, not medical diagnosis.
FoodTrack Loop is designed to provide general wellness and lifestyle information. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Insights are intended to help users reflect on everyday patterns and build healthier habits. Users with medical conditions, symptoms, or specific health concerns should consult qualified healthcare professionals.
FoodTrack is built to connect what you eat, how your body responds, and what you should do next — combining AI meal analysis, TCM-inspired wellness insights, and connected health data into one daily wellness picture.
